• Close, repair or replace faulty roof mounted smoke vents, actuators, flashings or associated glass/metal infill panels.
• Secure or repair loose or leaking rainwater goods to include downpipes, drainage troughs and hip end valleys.
• Temporary patch or permanently repair leaking soft skinned, glazed and metal roofs.
• Survey, record and present detailed reports/costings for presentation to Landlords, Insurance Companies and Managing Agents to assist compilation of maintenance budgets.

• Repair and maintain roof mounted solar control products to include solar panels, shading and film applications.
