We are often called upon to ensure that existing glazing is safe, providing peace of mind to the client and ensuring all glazing is compliant with current H&S legislation. In many cases the GR3 Commercial Glazing Survey Report is a welcome addition to the Operations and Maintenance data of a commercial property.

A detailed bound report is submitted to the client. This includes any defects founds; Health & Safety implications (if any); projection of future issues and remedial advice as necessary, with priority categorisation.
